The biggest misconception is that tap trucks can only serve beer, but in fact, we can serve almost anything from out trucks! I just 20 days, Pat will be a root beer float bar and then 15 days after that Dot will be a mimosa and orange beer bar!

Batching cocktails is a popular practice in the world of mixology. It involves preparing a large quantity of a cocktail in advance, allowing for quick and efficient service when the time comes. This technique is especially useful in busy bars and restaurants where time is of the essence, but we do it all the time! Batching not only saves time but also ensures consistency in taste and quality. It allows bartenders to focus on other aspects of their craft, such as garnishing and presentation or talking with your guests, without compromising the flavor of the drink. Furthermore, batching cocktails can be a great way to experiment with different flavors and ingredients, allowing for creativity and innovation. Whether it's a classic martini or a signature concoction, batching cocktails is a technique that is here to stay in the world of mixology.

Plus, allowing extra time for carbonation to fuse throughout the whole drink is an absolute game changer. I don't think I can ever order a rum and coke from a bar ever again after having one from us or a dirty Shirley! We are rarely limited by ingredients, so get creative!
